Time to EAT : Brickfire / Magnolia Flavor House / Sariwon

Had a once-in-a-month expensive dinner at Brickfire. Expensive? Yes this is already expensive for us. :)
We ordered their specialty Cowgirl Annie which is a T-bone steak that was cooked well-done (not a fanatic of rare or raw meat). Also tried their Prawn in Mornay sauce. (see pics below). I'm not a good on criticizing foods but with its taste and price, it is worth eating here.

After eating dinner, we headed to Magnolia Flavor House to have an ice cream dessert. He ordered Banana Overload and she ordered her all-time favorite Double dutch. What's surprising here is they are making these ice creams from scratch. Double dutch is made out of Vanilla, Chocolate, chocolate syrup and nuts. They mixed it all together and served it in a saucer-like cone. The price was expensive (P175 each) and it didn't have any special on its taste.

All in all, we had fun having this day together and went home with a happy full-stomach.

Group lunch at Sariwon, Bonifacio Global City.
(Korean Restaurant)

Another expensive Group lunch with Dev C peeps and ex-Dev C members at Sariwon Korean Barbecue, located in Bonifacio Global City. We ordered a set menu that is good for 3 - 4 persons. Included in the set menu are Cheanggeup Yangneyom Galbisal, Dak Galbi, Pajeon, Dolsot Bibimbap and Sariwon Bulgogi. (please see pictures below)
Cheanggeup Yangneyom Galbisal wrapped with lettuce leaf was unforgettable because of its goodness and tenderness. The Dak Galbi and Pajeon were also delicious. Dak Galbi is a spicy boneless grilled chicken while Pajeon is a Korean pan cake made with squid, shrimp, oyster and green onions.

If you like Korean foods and you have a high budget, you should definitely try their specialties and most of their meals are good for groups.
